The 2015 Mastermind Wealth Webinar Series is off to a great start! Wayne was able to excite the over 100 attendees with his high-energy and insightful presentation.
Pulling from his years of experience and knowledge of the business, he shed some light on what it takes to change your mindset from “employee” to “employer” and had us all considering our own potential. The entire room was laughing and engaged and the online chat room was alive and active!
During the presentation, Wayne introduced us to his 3 step success plan for getting any business off the ground. We learned how important it is to have the right people on your team and the value of having help. You cannot do everything alone.
The room became more and more engaged as Wayne covered everything along the journey from the most entry level real estate agent to the most successful entrepreneur. He made us realize it is our mindset that must change and that we all have the potential to be successful.
We were posed with some serious questions to consider.. What is your time worth? What is your team worth? But most importantly, what are you worth? He reminded us of the importance of learning from your mistakes. Because after all, you cannot correct a problem if you don’t know it exists in the first place!
One of the driving points of the presentation was how important it is to always evolve and change ourselves for the better. Wayne suggested a great list of books to read, reminded us to continue to make mistakes and truly made us believe that with the right point of view and the right education the possibilities are endless.
