TA Associates Management LP bought The Escalade, a set of office buildings in Southwest Austin.
Chase Merritt LP sold the 115,039-square-foot building at 4301 Westbank Drive for an undisclosed price.
The Escalade is comprised of three office buildings and sits at 93 percent occupancy.
Todd Mills with CBRE Inc. represented the seller. He declined to comment on the transaction.
