AUSTIN (Sendera Investment Group) – Sendera Investment Group has purchased the Marquis at Barton Creek, a 250-unit luxury apartment community on 25 acres in the Barton Creek neighborhood.
Built in 1998, the Class-A project has been renamed Sendera Barton Creek.
The two-story asset consists of 30 three-bedroom, 74 two-bedroom and 146 one-bedroom units. Monthly rental rates average $1,300.
Sendera plans to upgrade interiors and renovate common area amenities.
