AUSTIN (Austin Business Journal) – Work has begun on a luxury apartment community scheduled to open this fall. Developer StreetLights Residential has broken ground on the 279-unit Kenzie apartments at 3201 Esperanza Crossing in Austin. Located in The Domain mixed-use development, the six-story building will have units ranging from 500 to 1,600 sf. Amenities will include a fitness center, infinity-edge pool, open-air kitchen and outdoor TVs.
